Gregory S. Brunner is an audit partner in KPMG’s Metro New York business unit. Mr. Brunner has over 17 years of experience in planning and directing financial statement audits, audits of internal controls as well as interim review engagements of public and private companies principally in the life sciences and biotechnology industries. He has a thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP as well as SEC rules and regulations and has assisted clients with IPOs, private offerings, and complex accounting matters. Mr. Brunner is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPA’s, and received his B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
