Synergy Therapeutics was formed in 2021 to develop a new bio-platform to overcome resistance to the Kinase Inhibitors. Every cancer has one or more kinase inhibitors approved to treat it. Each of these choices only delays tumor progression for a few months, and while they slow down growth of tumors, none of these agents kill the tumor, so the time to progression gets longer, but progression of tumor is inevitable.
