Harmonic Discovery is a biotechnology company unique in its ability to leverage machine learning to rationally design multi-targeted kinase inhibitor therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases. Our computational platform enables us to predict the entire off-target profile of any kinase therapeutic based on their chemical structure with high confidence. We then integrate these predictions with a state-of-the-art generative machine learning model that rapidly designs candidate molecules with specific multi-target binding profiles, engaging certain kinases associated with pathology, while avoiding kinases implicated in toxicity. Our platform has been extensively experimentally validated and shown to generate precision multi-targeted therapeutics for heme malignancies.
