Exposome Therapeutics was founded by Gary Miller at Columbia University and Chirag Patel at Harvard University. The two co-lead several major projects in their academic positions, including a $40M project from ARPA-H, several large NIH grants, and SPARK NS (a neuroscience-focused organization modeled after the Stanford SPARK-they are supported lead compuond with $2M of non-dilutive support). The team has been in stealth mode over the last year as data was generated from their various funded projects, but is now looking to obtain Seed to Series A support. They have presented at several NYC events/pitch days and have met with several VCs. Preston Miller is serving as a consultant as the team develops its business plan. Dr. Miller has been working closely with Columbia Tech Ventures, including receiving initial internal funding from Alley Corp.
