Rua Diagnostics is an AI‑enabled breath diagnostics company based in New York and Washington, DC.

Rua’s first application is early detection of lung cancer via a non‑invasive breath test. Our commercial devices begin shipping next month, and we already have interest from 9 VA locations for testing as well as partnership opportunities with Northwell Health and others. This gives us a unique wedge into large, integrated health systems and the VA network, with a clear path to scale.

We believe this fits well with family offices that focus on oncology, medical devices/diagnostics, and healthcare impact (particularly for veterans and underserved populations), and that prefer companies with near‑term commercial milestones rather than long R&D timelines.
