Jancy Nightingale-Burch serves as the inaugural Ecosystem Development Manager at NewYorkBio, where she leads the strategic growth of the New York Bio Connect platform and advocates for the life sciences industry across New York, from Buffalo to the Hudson Valley, connecting the state's diverse ecosystem. Before joining NewYorkBIO, Jancy built a versatile career centered on people-first partnerships and setting new benchmarks. Most recently at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), she served as the Assistant Director of Marketing for Executive Business Programs, spearheading strategic marketing initiatives and content curation that drove engagement, targeted enrollment, and earned recognition for life sciences programming. Prior to RIT, Jancy developed scalable marketing activations that led to record-breaking event attendance, significant revenue generation, and nationally ranked fundraising in the beverage and tourism sectors for Tröegs Brewing Company and Hershey’s Chocolate World respectively. Jancy holds an MBA from RIT, and currently resides in Rochester with her husband, Mark.
